A comic of two caribou discussing Ontario's "Bill 5" and Premiere Doug Ford

A comic set in a destroyed city. A person waits on the curb as a turtle crosses the street. They both turn as they hear a motor and see a motorcycle coming down the road!

The hero jumps in to grab the turtle from the path of the motorcycle. The motorcycle swerves out of the way and the rider says "WHAT ARE YOU DOING GET OFF THE ROAD!" The hero shakily responds "You- You nearly hit this turtle!" The rider says "So? Look around you! There are bigger problems than a flat turtle." He gestures at the crumbling buildings and rides away. The hero places the turtle on the other side of the road in a park and says "Not to them."
